Micro Game Factory

Back from the 80's and further, Micro Game Factory now allows you to design games in the likes of the Game & Watch, Tiger Electronics and other clones, the handheld videos games based on one single LCD screen with simple animations. Game and Watches played a big role in video games history as Gunpei Yokoi invented the first D-Pad with Donkey Kong (1982), and we could say they later opened the way to the success of Nintendo.

Micro Game Factory is our second game using the Papertronics technology, and allows totally different mechanics than Flippaper. This time, you'll combine your skills of animator and game designer. First let's design the different states of the main character in blue (a spaceship, a cat?), then add the dangerous things floating around in red (spiders, falling pots?) and the bonus in green (stars, salad?). Now it's time to play. Just scan your drawing! All the sprites come alive, you can control your hero. Do your best as the rythm accelerates with your growing score! Will you be fast enough?
