Flippaper

First there was Flippaper, a project between a drafting table and a pinball. Use color markers to draw a few shapes, press SCAN and ta-dah!, your drawing lights up. A ball appears into your drawing and reacts to it: a whole pinball emerges before your eyes. Through a language of shapes and colors, you're in charge of the gameplay and the look of your pinball.

Flippaper is the beginning of everything. From the first sketches, Roman Miletitch and Jeremie Cortial worked 3 years to built the technology and the totem to share their dream. After showing it to people in exhibitions all over the world and getting an award from TIFF in Toronto, they finally decided to keep up using and sharing the technology for other projects mixing physical surfaceq and interactivity... then started the project Papertronics.
